I received my digital caliper today from http://www.dealextreme.com/. The digital caliper has an accuracy of .0005 of a millimeter, and I measured all of my components being used for the controller box in order to dimension all of the faces for my templates. The dimensions were then recorded and converted to US Drill bit sizes to ensure fluency in the construction phase of the controller box.
